Support status (willing or not) is listed in each file at the top of the file usually. If it isn't, assume that I may decide to help you with the code if I'm feeling nice, but don't count on author-support on the code.

Note that by supporting the code, that means I'll answer questions, fix and post patches to fix bugs. It doesn't mean I'll login as a wizard and /quote the object up. It doesn't mean I'll fix the code if it doesn't work on a server other than what it was written for (assume PennMUSH unless otherwise specified).

In other words make an honest effort at getting the code to work yourself, and treat me nice while we're working together, to get it going and understand this code is a hobby, not a job for me and that other things do take priority, and you'll get support just fine.
